Ultrasonic Flow meters for Open Channelsp-Iran Madar

IMC 750 II  , Ultrasonic Flow meter for Open Channel , Ideal in Parshal Flume & Weirs

IMC 750 Ultrasonic Flow meter for Open channels measures water & waste water in weirs & Parshal Flumes very accurately.

Parshal Flume is a special structure with definite shape & dimensions which is built in canals, so that the amount of liquid which flows through it, depends on the level of it at the inlet of Parshal.

With 2GB Data Logger in IMC 750 II you may data log in one or more second periods, the Flow Informations and later watch and process them in Graph or digits on the LapTop.

If equipped with GSM, you may get the Flow information by just sending an SMS to the unit. You will get straight one SMS which has answers for your questions.

- Simple 5-Key calibration

OCF 5.0  , Open Channel Flow Monitor

Measures Velocity + Level to Monitor Flow with Multiple Ultrasonic Sensors

Non-Contacting Sensor : The OCF 5.0 uses a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor mounted over a flume or weir to measure flow. It is accurate, reliable and verifiable. The separate, watertight electronics/display enclosure can be mounted within 500 ft (150 m) of the sensor. The OCF 5.0 continuously displays, totalizes, transmits and data logs open channel flow.

Keypad Operating System : Use the built-in keypad for fast, easy calibration with menu selection of flume or weir and measurement units (e.g. gallons, liters etc.) Calibration values and data logs are password-protected and retained during power interruptions. The OCF 5.0 will display on-screen flow reports with daily total, minimum, maximum and average flow and will transfer data logs to a USB flash drive. PC software is included.

OCF 5.0  Open Channel Flow Monitor

Continuously monitor, display, totalize and data log flow through any flume or weir. The OCF 5.0 includes a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor that mounts just 8" (203.2 mm) above the flowing water. It is accurate (±0.25%) and reliable. There is no obstruction to flow and no fouling. Use the built-in Keypad/menu system to select your flume or weir from the Menu and to choose measurement units (gallons, liters etc.)

The Greyline OCF 5.0 includes built-in 2-million point Data Logger and flow reporting system. Connect a flash memory stick to the flowmeter's USB output to download log files and then view your data in graph and table formats with 'Greyline Logger' software – supplied free with each OCF 5.0. Daily flow reports including minimum, maximum, average and total daily flow can be viewed directly on the backlit OCF 5.0 LCD display.

Use the isolated 4-20mA to transmit flow to remote chart recorders or displays, and the control relays are programmable for level/flow alarm, and flow proportionate pulse (for samplers, chlorinators or remote totalizers). An Intrinsic Safety Barrier is optional for sensor and cable installation in hazardous rated locations. The separate, watertight electronics/display enclosure is mounted at a convenient location within 500 ft (150 m) of the sensor.

AVFM 5.0 / Area-Velocity Flow Meter / for Open Channels and Pipes - No Flume or Weir Required

Measures Velocity + Level to Monitor Flow with an Ultrasonic Sensor

Area-Velocity Flow Meter : Monitor flow through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes without a flume or weir. Ideal for municipal stormwater, combined effluent, raw sewage and irrigation water.
Submersible Ultrasonic Sensor : The AVFM 5.0 uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure both Velocity and Level in the channel. The sensor resists fouling, corrosion and abrasion. The flowmeter can be configured with the standard submerged velocity-level sensor, or with submerged velocity plus a separate non-contacting ultrasonic level sensor.
View flowrate and total flow on the large backlit LCD display and connect to external devices with three 4-20mA outputs and two control relays.

AVFM 5.0 Area-Velocity Flow Monitor

Monitor flow through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes without a flume or weir. Ideal for stormwater, combined effluent, raw sewage, irrigation water and streams. Calibration is simple: enter the pipe diameter or channel shape and the AVFM 5.0 computes the flow volume and displays the flow rate. Measure forward and reverse flow and calibrate to channels of any shape.

The AVFM 5.0 uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to measure both Velocity and Level in the channel. The sensor is completely sealed with no orifices or ports. It mounts inside a pipe or at the bottom of a channel.

Application Considerations

The AVFM 5.0 is recommended for pipe diameters greater than 6" (150 mm). Maximum pipe diameter or channel width should not exceed 10 ft (3 m) unless flow velocity is evenly distributed across the channel width. Avoid sensor mounting locations where sediment builds up and locations where there is an elevation drop or bend immediately upstream from the sensor. Maximum pipe or channel slope should not exceed 3%.

Stingray Portable Level-Velocity Logger for Area-Velocity Flow Surveys in Sewers, Streams and Open Channels

Compact and Portable

Stingray 2.0 is a compact, battery-powered logger with an ultrasonic sensor. It data logs level, velocity and water temperature readings for flow monitoring through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes. Use it for flow surveys, I&I studies, stormwater, irrigation water and sewage.

Hydrodynamic Ultrasonic Sensor

Stingray 2.0 uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure both velocity and level in the channel. The sensor is a completely sealed ultrasonic unit with no orifices or ports. It is hydrodynamically shaped and designed to shed deposits and stringers for reliable operation in sewage, stormwater and stream flow applications. The QZ02L sensor mounts inside the pipe or at the bottom of an open channel. No special compounds, tools or hardware are required. A stainless steel mounting bracket is included.

Powered by Standard Alkaline Batteries

With 4 standard Alkaline D-cell batteries the Stingray 2.0 will operate up to 4 years! These inexpensive Alkaline batteries are available in stores everywhere and with an extremely low self discharge rate they will reliably power the energy-efficient Stingray 2.0 for the duration of your flow study.

Stores 130,000 data points

Stingray 2.0 stores 130,000 data points including level, velocity and water temperature. Between readings it powers down to conserve energy.

Stingray 2.0 Confidence Display

You can check operation with the built-in LCD bar graph display. It scrolls through level, velocity and temperature readings, plus remaining battery and logger storage capacity. The display turns off automatically after 60 seconds to conserve battery power.

Includes Greyline Logger Windows software

Greyline Logger software is included with each Stingray 2.0. Use this powerful program to view Stingray 2.0 readings in real-time and to set the logging interval.

Retrieve Stingray 2.0 log files. Data can be viewed in graph or table format and exported to spreadsheet and database programs.
